Straightforward refund terms. Monthly plans are non-refundable. Yearly plans get a 14-day window. You can always cancel and keep access until the end of your billing period.

Cancellation

Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription charges are non-refundable. Due to the nature of the service — where credits are allocated at the start of each cycle and can be consumed immediately — we are unable to offer refunds on monthly plans once a charge has been made.
What you can do instead
- Cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard — no penalties.
- Keep using all features and your remaining credits until the end of your current billing period.
- Downgrade to the free plan after cancellation.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual plans carry a 14-day refund window, starting from the date of purchase. Within this window, you can request a full refund for any reason — no questions asked.
Within 14 days
Full refund. Email us and we'll process it within 5–7 business days. No forms, no hoops.
After 14 days
No refunds. You can still cancel to stop future charges and retain access until the billing year ends.
Fair Use Note
The 14-day refund is designed for users who try ResetUIand decide it's not the right fit. To protect the integrity of this policy, we may decline a refund where usage patterns indicate the credits were substantially consumed before the refund request was made. This is not a hard threshold — it is a reasonable measure to prevent abuse, not to penalise genuine users.
If you have used the service heavily and still believe a refund is warranted, email us and explain your situation — we review every case individually.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from Dashboard → Settings → Manage Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- No cancellation fees. No penalty of any kind.
- Your account remains fully active with all paid features until the billing period ends.
- Your projects and generated files are preserved after cancellation. You can export them before the period expires.
- Once the period expires, your account reverts to the free plan.
How to Request a Refund
If you're within the eligible 14-day window on an annual plan, email us at:
Subject: “Refund Request”
Include in your email:
- The email address associated with your account
- Your purchase date
- Reason for the refund (optional — helps us improve)
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Dodo Payments processing times may vary by bank.
