Terms of Service

By accessing or using ResetUI (the “Service”), operated by Infynite Labs(“Company”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers. They are effective as of April 20, 2026 and supersede any prior agreements.

ResetUI is an AI-powered landing page redesign platform. You provide a URL; our system captures the page, analyses its structure and brand, and generates a fully redesigned version with production-ready code. You can then iterate via AI chat and export the result to your preferred framework.

The Service is provided “as is” during the current beta phase. Features, credit allocations, and pricing may change with reasonable notice.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• One account per person. Creating duplicate or fake accounts is prohibited.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. Using a disposable email address to circumvent credit or trial limits violates these Terms.
• We reserve the right to refuse registration or terminate accounts at our discretion.

ResetUI uses a credit-based system to meter AI usage. Credits are consumed when you perform certain actions within the platform. Your plan determines how many credits you receive per billing cycle.

Credit Costs

Credit Rules

• Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annually, matching your plan). Unused credits do not roll over.
• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable between accounts.
• If you cancel your subscription, you retain access to your remaining credits until the end of your current billing period.
• We may grant bonus credits at our discretion (e.g. during beta, for reported bugs, or as compensation for service issues). Bonus credits expire 90 days from issuance.
• Attempting to game credit resets by cancelling and re-subscribing within the same billing window is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

You agree not to use ResetUI to:

• Submit URLs of websites you do not own or have explicit permission to redesign.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models, prompts, or generation pipeline.
• Automate requests at a rate that degrades service quality for other users.
• Generate or export designs that infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to circumvent credit limits, trial restrictions, or subscription enforcement.
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the {PRODUCT} platform without a written reseller agreement.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

By you: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Account deletion is available in Settings and permanently removes all your data.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or your account poses a security risk. For non-material violations, we will attempt to notify you first. For severe violations (fraud, abuse, illegal activity), termination may be immediate and without notice. No refund will be issued upon termination for cause.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INFYNITE LABS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated output
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• That generated designs will meet your specific requirements

AI generation involves inherent variability. Always review generated output before deploying to production. We are not responsible for errors in generated code used in live environments.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INFYNITE LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL — ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with a change, your sole remedy is to cancel your subscription before the effective date.
