Relume earns its reputation. Describe a site and it returns a sensible sitemap, then wireframes for every page, assembled from a large library of pre-built components. Agencies use it to get a client from a vague brief to an approved structure in an afternoon, and its exports to Figma and Webflow slot straight into how those teams already work.
People look for alternatives for four consistent reasons, and none of them is that the wireframes are bad.
- 01A wireframe is not a design. Relume gives you structure. Typography, colour, imagery and the overall visual direction are still a separate job, usually in Figma.
- 02The pages share bones. Wireframes are matched from a component library rather than invented per project, so sites planned in Relume can feel structurally familiar.
- 03It needs other subscriptions. Relume does not host or publish. Most workflows add Figma, Webflow, or both, on top of the Relume seat.
- 04Per-seat pricing adds up. For a solo founder who needs one landing page, a planning tool priced per user is a lot of tool for the job.
How this was compiled
Researched from vendor documentation, public pricing and published reviews as of October 2026, not a hands-on test. Relume's pricing in particular is reported differently by different sources, so treat every figure as a starting point. ResetUI is our own product and is described with its limits.
The seven at a glance

| Figma Make | A prompt in Figma | Designs and code-backed prototypes | No, if you live in Figma | Included with paid Figma seats |
| Webflow AI | A prompt in Webflow | A hosted Webflow site | No | Free starter, then paid |

If you want to skip the wireframe step
1. Framer AI
The most common move away from Relume, because it collapses three tools into one. Framer generates a designed page from a prompt and hosts it, so there is no hand-off from wireframe to visual design to build. Its editor is good enough that a designer can refine the result directly instead of starting again in Figma.
- Better than Relume for: getting to a live, designed site without paying for three products.
- Worse for: planning large sites. Relume's sitemap stage is more deliberate, and Framer sites stay on Framer.
2. ResetUI
Disclosure: our product. Where Relume decides structure and leaves the visual design to you, ResetUI decides both. You describe the page in plain words, the brief is matched to an authored design specification, and the page comes back fully designed with real typography, colour and spacing rather than grey boxes. The section order is composed for the page type, so a pricing page and a landing page are structured differently without you planning either.
- Better than Relume for: a founder who needs one finished SaaS landing page, and the pricing and sign-in pages around it, with code to deploy.
- Worse for: multi-page site planning, client sitemap approval, and anything that is not a software product. It does not host sites or export to Webflow.
- Pricing, October 2026: free with one design and five edits a month, no export. Export starts at $9 a month.
If you want to stay in Figma or Webflow
3. Figma Make
If your Relume wireframes always ended up in Figma anyway, Figma Make lets you generate the design there directly, and Figma Sites can publish it. You lose Relume's dedicated sitemap step and gain a single file where the structure and the visual design live together. Watch the AI credit limits, which have been strictly metered since March 2026. The trade-offs are covered in Figma Make alternatives.
4. Webflow AI
For teams that used Relume mainly as the front end of a Webflow build, generating inside Webflow removes the export step entirely. You keep Webflow's CMS, interactions and hosting. What you lose is Relume's quality of planning, which is still better than any builder's built-in AI at the sitemap stage.
If you mostly used Relume for wireframes
5. Google Stitch
Free with a Google account and quick to produce UI concepts from a prompt, with export to Figma and to HTML with Tailwind. It goes further visually than a grey wireframe, though reviewers describe its code as a starting point and its Figma frames as flat rather than component-based.
6. UX Pilot
Better than Relume when the thing being wireframed is a product rather than a marketing site. It handles app screens and user flows and exports to Figma. Check the licence on free-plan designs, which one October 2026 review reports as personal use only.
7. Visily
The closest like-for-like swap for the wireframing part of Relume. It generates wireframes from prompts and screenshots and is built around team collaboration, so a client or a product manager can comment directly. It does not do Relume's sitemap planning as well.

Try ResetUI freeUsing Relume with an AI web designer
Replacing Relume is not the only option. A sensible split for a SaaS team is to plan the whole site in Relume, then design the pages that matter most for conversion in a tool built for visual design. Relume decides that the landing page needs a hero, three proof points, a product walkthrough, pricing and an FAQ. The AI web designer decides what those sections actually look like.
That handover works best when you carry the section order across explicitly in your brief. How to prompt an AI web designer shows the brief structure that transfers cleanly.
When to keep Relume
- You are an agency that needs client sign-off on structure before anyone designs anything.
- You build in Webflow and its component system is already part of your workflow.
- The site has many pages and the sitemap is the hard problem, not the visual design.
In those cases nothing on this list does Relume's job better. The alternatives win only when the deliverable is the designed page rather than the plan for it.

Frequently asked questions
What is the best Relume alternative?
It depends on what you want at the end. Framer AI is the best alternative if you want a designed, hosted site without the wireframe stage. ResetUI suits founders who want a finished SaaS landing page with exportable code. Figma Make suits teams who want to stay in Figma. For wireframing alone, Visily and UX Pilot are the closest swaps.
Is Relume free?
Relume has a free tier, but it is limited, with one source reporting a single project and Figma export only. Paid plans are priced per user and were listed at roughly $32 to $40 a month in October 2026 depending on plan and billing period. Sources disagree, so check Relume's pricing page before buying.
Does Relume design the visual style of a site?
Mostly no. Relume produces sitemaps and wireframes, which define structure and content order, and it can carry a basic style guide. The finished visual design, meaning typography, colour, imagery and art direction, is normally completed afterwards in Figma or Webflow.
Relume vs Framer: which is better?
They do different jobs. Relume is better at planning a site's structure and producing wireframes for a design team. Framer is better at producing a finished, hosted marketing site with a visual editor. Many agencies use Relume to plan and a separate tool to design and build.
Can I use Relume and an AI web designer together?
Yes. Plan the sitemap and section order in Relume, then give that structure to an AI web designer as part of the brief for each important page. Relume decides what sections the page needs, and the design tool decides what they look like.
